The biggest obstacle we face is the one that's so fundamental. So simple, that nobody notices it, which is that we see our emotions as homogenous or simple when in fact they're composite. An emotion consists of lots of different types of physical sensation. And if you take one of those cogs out, the whole thing works differently and stops working. You can't unsee it. Once you gain the insight, it's the reality.
