Is Just Like Ado Ao E, a Dad, a Band Mate?

"I probably would have changed a ton anyway. I don't know if i ever could have got married without this meditation practice to settle me down and get me focused on my corps values," he says. "Without the practice, i feel like without the practice,  i wen't be married, i wouldn't have kids." He adds that his band has been together for 20 or 24 years.
