Is There a Gap in Risk Literacy?

I've been fighting for years that risk literacy will be taught to everyone. And digital risk literacy is just one of these things. For instance, the US an estimated 1 million children get every year unnecessary CTs. So we are missing out. We need to make not only algorithms smart, but we need to invest to make people smart.
