Most people walk in looking for scope, so hat they can do an estimate. That's probably half as low as it should be. But now, in a situation where you, you know,. you can kind of do a cold read on this client, because you're inside the client. They trust you. You'rean ex you're the expert as far as she is concerned. So you've already got trust it's still a very difficult wy conversation.
