i think for a lot of us, we are so inexperienced in feeling the things that our body is doing. If i had not spent like, those 15 years in yoga befor coaching, i would have had a lot further to go then i to go when i first started. I was blown away with my training. After eunolic, 15 years of doing yoga, i understood it. You know, iy did at all. I was still at an advantage for myself, an my own way acting. And i wouldn't been ready for any other stuff 20 years ago.
