It scaled from zero to 200 restaurants, and zero to $200 million in systemwide sales in roughly 18 months. And it’s on a buying spree, recently acquiring Hot Chicken Takeover, taim Mediterranean Kitchen, and Sigri Indian BBQ. Craveworthy has 500 restaurants in development and an ambitious goal of becoming a billion-dollar company in the first five years.
