The Benefits of Eggs
Eggs have been vilified for so many different reasons over decades. I think moving towards pasture raised eggs, if you can afford them is a good idea because they're going to be more naturally raised. A lot of the brain is actually made up of fat and deficiency in fat over a long period of time can lead to neurological problems. Fat serves a really important part of their hormonal control as women do soften through ovaries phase.
