We do whatever it takes to make it right. I learned my very first, like probably five deals or so. This client closed on a house and there was some dinky thing with her dishwasher that didn't work after the fact. If somebody is really upset about something and I go to try and make it right with the other agent and that doesn't happen, I might write a little check to take care of that client. We have our whole database organized in such a way that we can pull these lifetime value referral trees for clients.
