Do You Prefer Critical Power W Prime or MFTP FRC?

The most we do find generally the critical power model is is a robust framework to use and it gives uh it gives more information I think that's that's useful. It opens up the possibility to predict maximal performances over certain you know within a certain duration range which can be useful for some athletes. We'll look to see what other programs are actually telling us as well because depending on the athletes sometimes one can be a little bit more useful than the other yeah.
