I can see how that would be a little bit worrying for many people. I'm lucky to have like 3000 calories available overall for day because I'm pretty tall. Not everyone has this type of spend, of course. But then for dinner, I can have like maybe a vegan burger, maybe just a vegan bowl or something vegan sushi. Yeah, I think there's space for that stuff. Like, you know, sometimes I feel like actually spending a little bit more time in the kitchen and doing something creative that takes longer. Yes. That's what I would happen to me and what happens to a lot of people we help.
