The Compliance Challenges in the Fin Service Industry
Compliance or trying to achieve compliance in this space is also equally opaque and difficult, especially surrounding trying to work around the emotional challenges. The solution for a while has been to do random QA on a subset of calls, a very small fraction of calls because this QA is typically done by humans. One thing that we've tried to bring into this space is the idea of automatic compliance checking or automatic QA across every call that happens.
