Food companies who are layering salt on top of sugar on top of that on top of salt and making them calorie dense and nutrient poor they are designed to make you crave and over consume. We don't have other coping mechanisms and food is really cheap and really accessible and it tastes good and it tastes really goodYeah so I think there are a lot of reasons like it's hard to pinpoint just one but my first whole 30 back in 2009 was what opened my eyes up to that because the foods that I was normally using and drinks alcohol work to self-sue, she says.
