The Problem With Ventilator Three Days
Ventilator three days combines 28-day duration of mechanical ventilation among survivors and mortality into a single number. It's really difficult to understand intuitively what a difference of two ventilator three day actually means, says Dr Peter Hoyle. "It isn't really at all obvious what that difference actually means," he adds.
