If we didn't find any infections there and the cultures are negative, which for my reading might happen like 20 to 30% of the time, you know, then the person can stop really quickly. But if we find an infection then you treat based on that infection. Someone who has no defined infection other than just being feral, neutropenic, again, low risk patient, good liver function, good renal function, excellent performance status can take oral pills. Within 60 minutes of the hospital, caregiver at home has a telephone. That's really the key person key candidate for low risk fever, neutropenia management
