We used to eat to fill a hole in our stomachs. Nowe're often eating to fill a holes in our heart. If we're not compassionate to ourselves, that hole in our hearts becomes bigger and bigger. We seek all kinds of different behaviors which stem from this lack of self compassion. Andi: I tried to be of how i behave and talk to myself in front of my children. Wetesi want to model negative self, taught to them. It's one of the ways we develop our levels of self compassion.
