The Breakdown of Communication at Learnline
Learnline was undergoing a big technical transformation as well at the time. They had a very established technical product, but it was really aging. There was just not enough time and resource to do all of that together. And ultimately, you know, that communication just wasn't there and in place. We didn't know any of the metrics behind what we were doing. In some respects, there's not a huge amount of point in really going to town with senior leadership team.
