The Importance of Hydration

There's a beverage hydration index which assesses the hydration potential of a liquid compared to water when a person's at resting state. A lot of sports drinks will have like 20 millimoles of sodium which is not enough to be better than water. The more electrolytes in the water the more likely you're actually absorbed the water. There was some arguments about whether BHI even works as a measurement because it's so hard. But presumably at the like base sickness of it it's like how much goes in how much comes out.
