The Benefits of Walking for Mitochondria

Walking is not enough to maintain your mitochondria or do you think you need to do more. So we've done a physical activity intervention in individuals who have just had biiatric surgery. And yeah we saw improvements in mitochondrial energetics with with six months of the intervention that that correlated with improvements in additional improvements in insulin sensitivity.
