Sugar isn't the sole cause of going rathera, nor is salt. It's comcombined over all diet. High protein fibre will fill you up a little bit more and also an opportunity to get more fruit and vegen where possible. I find myself reaching for cookies all the time. What snacks could be a better option for me? And whenever we're asked these questions, i find as nutritions there isn't a sexy answer.
