When i was, when i was a kid in high school, i looked at men's health as being like the bastion of what was cool and interesting inn the fitness in utrition space. And before that, i did some stuff for scientific american and esquire and g q. So kind of this mix of science magazines and dude magazines led me to this men's health job. Half my job is continuing to write, and that's why we have a book too. I consider myself more or less like the reader. If i can tell you, hey, i'm this average dude, but here's what i learned from this person and how it translated to me.
