How Can I Be Happy?

When i was five years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. As we refine our practice of mindfulness, of what actually is you, no, it's more than just being in the present. It's a very special kind of observing power and without greed, without wanting, without aversion, without delusion. We really can settle into a place of much greater ease and move through life with much greater ease. That's, in one way or another, that's what we're all looking for.
