Many moments of mindfulness give us practice in slowing down, coming into the moment. One of the easiest and quickest ways to come into the present moment is through a body awareness. When you start practising that, you actually start practising this really amazing thing called awareness of separation of thoughts. And at the base of all of this, in these many moments of mindfulness, in these practices of meditation, comes this flood of gratitude. You can hug intense gratitude that shapes your day over and again.
