I want to ask a better question because I think it's very important. You find the number of severe hypoxemia was the same in each of the three groups. But also I wonder whether the gas exchange impairment was not as high as, for instance, in the hot eyes of your child because we have hypoxemia because we're feeling in our population. What would you say? It sounds to me like the intention was there to do this as well as possible and therefore it is highly internally valid.
