Sally Kohn: We are diving back into the lower legs, but we are being really, really ultra specific in our conversation today. The reason why we are focusing on shin splints is because of what I'm seeing in the clinic. And right now it is shin splint season. So mostly I'm seeing high schoolers, not all high schoolers. Because it's track season, everyone wants to run fast. Everyone does too much.
