How to Communicate With Third Party Clients

The size matter, does geography matter? Certainly. We would only want to manage something that we actually had a team on the ground in place. The best ones we work with, they have X set up in their office. They have a certain designated person. Like if somebody's listening to this thing, I might want to work with four. What do I need to have on my end to be prepared? What would their team look like so that we're communicating really well? Yeah,. great question.
