Most athletes are going to burn the most fat outside of the exercise window. The reason that's significant is you basically store carbohydrates. And if, if that's your entire workout, let's say you're doing a Zwift hard ride. You're barely tapping into your fat reserves. If we have a deficit, if we have a deficits, we can tap into our stored fat.
