Fujita's Take on Zazen

In 2005, he went back to Japan and still teaches Zazen. I think Fujita's take on Zazen and teachings are unique and fresh and modern, while also staying very, very true to the teachings. Our main practice is Shikataza is just sitting with no gaining idea. There's no meditative object. There's not much to grasp. And that is certainly what Fujita does, and I think he does an amazing job of it. Because Zazen, his tradition, my tradition, is especially challenging.
