The Pitfalls of PMM

I think one of the biggest pitfalls is getting stretched a bit too thin and it's taking on a lot of work. The key is to really prioritize what are the most impactful activities that will move the business forward. And that means you're going to have to say no to a lot of things. But I think the key is doing it tactfully.
