Chris: I think there's a lot of stories going on in Chinatown right now because of just the ongoing development and you know, changes in downtown Manhattan. But sorry to jump back to your other question about Brooklyn. There's a yeah, there's a bias towards what do we call it now? People used to call it brownstone in Brooklyn. Chris: Those are places where you're going to find people who actually have resources to hire PR to get attention.
