How Do Acquisitions Work?
It's not just people leaving, but it's also execution that cold go wrong. In doing the acquisition analysis, we actually pay close attention to the target. Are there some leaders that could actually be very pivoted in the overall organization going formard? Those are all factors that you sort of think about when you're orchestrating these acquisitions. If youre of the mine set the it's better done without mocking with each other and keeping them independent for at least 12, 18, 24 months.
