The Number One Focus Workout Is Recovering From Short Interval Sessions

The rule of thumb is essentially like, you don't e when you're not doing the key focus workouts. The number one focus should be making sure you're recovering from them. So if going out for a 90 minute easy run the day after a short interval session is going to be stressful enough that i you don't actually recover from that session, and it takes away from your next short interval session, then you need to scale that down to what's appropriate to where you're at currently. This is all kind of like an ongoing process that youre that you're building off.
