A lot of people don't get that, and then they thinkthat they're doing it wrong. So part of my thing is to just really do misd mystify it and de bunk a lot of the myths around it. We have 80 thousand thoughts gong through our head every single day. They're not going anywhere. In fact, we don't want them to. Because if they do, we're dead, us.
