We generally give people about a half an ounce of nuts and seeds in the form of dressing or sauces or dips. avocado is even more fatty than even nuts and seeds as far as the protein fat ratio. We're having some whole food fats but we're still doing it with the recognition that your calories have to can't go up because these foods are colorably concentrated.
