BPP is a rare form of bipolar disorder that affects the central nervous system. The condition causes people to be hyperbolic and sensitive, but it doesn't have to be dysfunctional. BPP patients are often diagnosed with this disease in their 20s or 30s. It's been estimated that about one in every 10,000 people suffer from some type of mental illness.
