When i started running last year lost loads of weight all this. Then someone said all right do a sub three i marathon and i googled it to see if anyone in my size could do it. I'd never even run more than 25k before that marathon right Marathon's 42.2k fucking ran a 252 right so like i built i did this youtube video it was nice to have a challenge offline for once which is why i think anyone should do something that they think they can't do physically.
