How Did You Get Over That First Year?

I think adrenaline carries you through those first few years. Adrenaline, confidence, arrogance, just as belief and better in the belief of we're going to do it. But where I find it really challenging was, yeah, kind of that five to 15 scale was where the infrastructure doesn't exist. And the support networks aren't quite as clear.
