How to Reduce Your Climbing Contact Time

Time to recover from sessions is most definitely longer now that I'm in my 40s. Split your sessions across the day or the week into much smaller blocks and do visualization work when you have time for it. Rank your week in terms of all the factors that you want to build into your climbing and then put the highest racking things into your diary first. It has to be planned every week as the first thing that goes into the diary.
