The Performance Detriments of Under Eating During the Day
When our body is not getting enough fuel, our metabolism doesn't just keep chugging along at the same rate. Our resting energy expenditure is going to decrease. What we also see is a decrease in exercise motivation. So work out quality really can start to diminish. We aren't burning as many calories as we think we are during those workouts. And and this is, you know, completely unintended where we're not meaning for that to happen but it's a sort of side effect of under fueling.
