Having a Consistent, Reliable Crew
Ike: "You can definitely overthink this and just work yourself up into a frenzy, loose sleep over it" But you also have to have like, a few kind of cor foundational things in place that you can rely on. Having reliable vehicles, having a consistent, reliable crew are two big ones he says. I've had people crew me at races that had an incredible running resume, but they ere too busy taking selfes or talkin ata. That's the thing about ultmarathon runners -- we don't talk botis.
