"I don't know what the rule is. There just seems to be some rule," he says. "If I get one any of them up from that, I'll be like, red tide." If you order oysters with a wedge of lemon and it's not on your plate, ask if they're OK: "That's good. Shall I lemon?" You've always got to check and say shall i lemon? He also loves Monday fish because restaurants are trying to clear out their stock before new delivery comes in.
