Shama - A Taste of the Classics

Shaarma is a piece of meat, probably lamb historically, that is laiered on this rotating skewer. The spicing has a unique flavor into it. At home, obviously, yo just you slice it very thin while it's partially frozen, and then fried. And i ended up doing another version of it with squid in the book.
