The process is based on replicating what you actually have to do as a BDR to get the job. So, I guess step one would be taking advantage of Crunchbase. Next step was recording a 50 second video using Videard or Loom. And essentially highlighting three or four reasons why you can have an immediate impact on the team. You're not actually trying to impress this person and try and get a job. The idea is to peak interest.
