How to Increase Calories to Maintain Muscle Growth
In terms of where the surplus is going to come from, there's no reason to modify protein at all. If you increase calories by 5%, then that would be their new maintenance because they might adapt them energetically to that increase. So for people who are hard again, it's typical and it's going to be a little bit more that you have to push things. Even 5% surplus could be sufficient.
