Burnout - Is There a Need for Therapy?
I love that you mentioned therapy because now that she has this time, she can allow herself to maybe see a therapist if that's something that's feasible for her. And so she can process the whole experience that she had as far as burnout is concerned. I think we also haven't said to our listener that they should really be like patting themselves on the back or celebrating themselves. It's messy to just regularly be like, I'm doing the right things and trusting that it's going to help.
