Anti Oxidents in the Olive Tree

Polyphenes are really important to a plant. The olive tree produces them in abundance because it lives, it exists in a very harsh and and arid environment. So polyphinos are produced by the plant to support it and to prevent those oxidation reactions. Now when you produce the olive, olive oil, hopefully you can produce a great olive oil that is full of these anti oxidents. And then when we consume the extraversional ved, and indeed when we consume other fruit, we are getting these polypenals. We're getting these anti oxident compounds into our bodies, and that protects us from from free ridergale radicals circulating around, around in our system.
