The incentives are tensioned in this model where if somebody decided to slack off and under service clients they would lose clients. The second piece that we found is our team really values the flexibility because it allows them to turn down other opportunities or stay with us for a long time. I think inside of a model like this you want to be able to value the same thing that your team values because that's how they're gonna stay motivated.
