How Do You Get Used to Fasting?
For some reason, i don't think all that much about food, except when i decide i want to do a fast of any length. So the devl 've got used to it. The 30 sixth hour, like us, i feel so fine. Don't really think food. And actually, because i've been fasting, i've been getting into cooking more so because i've not worried so much about eating it afterwards. I gol cook for my wife. I'll cook for my kid. But once you know the steps the process, you enjoy. It makes it a little bit more fine,. from cooking and prepping into when you add the different ingredients.
