If you live in England, there is a system known as right to choose within the NHS. And most people don't know this, it's not heavily advertised. You can actually pick where you get referred to. It's not as quick as going private, so you're probably still going to wait nine months to a year to get that appointment. But clearly that's better than five years. And equally, you're not going to have to pay for it. So this podcast is going to be about 90% ADHD and 10% personal abuse - perfect.
