The default diet is basically what's the lowest low you get to. That makes sure we have the minimum amount of protein We need fruits and vegetables and a minimum amount of fat intake. And then just modulate those portion sizes and allow things like outside of the bounds treats Or replacing one of those meals with a meal out where you just you know get pizza or whatever No care about it. I think that Creates this stable habit base That sustains you through all phases of your career as a bodybuilder.
