Is Soy Good for Fibroids?
Antonella is wondering whether you should avoid soy if you have fibroids and or and dometriosis. I would probably increase the soi in those cases. We don't have good evidence really one way or the other for endemetri specifically. But we imagine that it's probably also beneficial for fibroids, but we don't really have a good study on that.
